Dietary

Our dietary department, under the guidance of a Registered Dietician plans nourishing ,delicious meals and snacks for our residents under the supervision of our Food Service Manager. They are continually reviewed to provide proper nutrition for each individual resident. Therapeutic diets are prepared according to physician's orders and designed to meet the needs of the resident's medical condition.

Mealtime is a source of pleasure, companionship, and reassurance here at Carlisle Manor. Cook-outs, parties and special events are our specialty. We welcome families and visitors to join us at mealtime to enjoy good food and the good company of family and friends.
