Our quality staff is the heart and core of our establishment. Our low turnover of personnel is due in part
to a pleasant work environment, the initial training and continuing
education of employees, and the fact that we have never used agency staffing. Our staff to resident ratios are higher than
industry standards.
Keith Clements, Administrator
After many years of management experience, Keith joined our organization in 1995 as general manager. He received his administrator's
license in 1996 and assumed the position of general manager and nursing home administrator. He brings with him several years of nursing
home management as well as understanding needs of our residents. Keith will at all times be pleased to meet with you to discuss your needs
April Lewis RN, Director of Nursing
A licensed nurse for over 15yrs. April directs our Nursing
staff of over 25 licensed nurses and nursing assistants. Our ratio of
nursing staff to patients is 1:7. April has been with our nursing facility
since 2000, and has many years of direct care experience. Any medical
questions can be directed to April.
Karen Conrad, Social Service Director
Karen aids families in seeking community services and discharge planning.
She is also available to attend appointments when the family is
unavailable. Karen is also certified activities assistant who
assists our activities director
in helping to make sure that our residents are always busy and having fun.
A calendar of activities is posted monthly so the resident's
families are able to joining in the activities if they should so desire. Activities include family BBQ's as well as
in-house
entertainment.
Debbie Dillon, Admissions, Marketing Director
Debbie is our Director of Admissions. Debbie has vast knowledge of the needs of individuals who may require
placement, and will be able to assist potential residents in evaluating appropriate placement. She can also assist
with Medicare and Medicaid placements, as well as assisting in getting approvals for private insurance payment
when appropriate.
